  1. What type of training do you have?

Savvy Certified and Savvy Trained

  1. Are you OSHA trained and certified?

Yes, this is included with the Savvy Training!

  1. Have you ever been fired from House Cleaning and why?

No, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

  1. Are you members of the community? (Charity, Chamber, Better Business Bureau, NextDoor, Neighborhood referral program etc.)

Chemicals – FAQ

  1. What types of cleaning chemicals do you use?

Green Seal Approved only! (Odoban)

  1. Do you use earth friendly environmentally free products?

Earth friendly green seal approved!​

  1. Can you use my products?

We prefer to use our own, as we are trained and know exactly the pH balance and SDS Sheets of our approved chemicals, but it is a possibility.

  1. Do you use the same products every time or are they different from clean to clean?

We use our tried and tested products very consistently!

  1. Do you use products with fragrances?

Our Deodorizer is Citrus and Eucalyptus Scent (Green Seal Approved)

  1. Have you been trained in chemical safety?

Absolutely! This is why we are trained professionals!

  1. If a store or supplier is out of your normal cleaning supplies what do you do?

Find the best chemicals available when it comes to Green Seal approved and the right pH level for the jobs needed!

  1. I have a special (desk, sofa, china hutch, etc.) Can you use my special chemical on it?

We will train on the SDS Sheet, and once we are familiar with it yes we can use it!

  1.  Do you use the same or different chemicals on a maintenance clean as you do a deep clean?

We only use what is needed, all chemicals are Green Seal approved and have the proper pH chemical balance needed for each application.

Yes, in our Special Packages!

  1. Do you clean out ovens?

  1. Do you do laundry?

Laundry is part of our Mommy’s Helper/Tidy up Special Package

  1. Do you rotate chores like cleaning out the oven and fridge?

Our large appliance package will get everything for you, we recommend rotating packages to save money!

  1.  Do you water plants? yes

  2.  Do you help with the lifting of boxes in a move?

We can add that in!

  1.  Do you offer move-in, move-out cleaning?

That is one of our services!

  1.  Do you charge more money for Deep Cleans, Move-in Move out cleans or is it the same hourly rate?

Same hourly rate or some could be base rate as well.

  1.  Do you clean carpets?

Yes we can add that package!

  1.  Do you clean out the hot tub?

That is part of our patio package!

  1.  Do you clean windows?

We can add a window cleaning package

  1.  Do you only clean homes or can you also clean my office down the street?

Yes we can!

  1.  Do you detail cars?

Yes we do!

Household Policies – FAQ

  1. Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room while you clean? Yes, we are pet friendly,

   2. Can my kids hang out in the same room while you clean?

       Yes, we work well with everyone!

    3. My elder parents live with us, are they going to be in your way? 

        No, we work well with all people!

  1. I work from home will it bother you if I’m here working while you clean?

We are professional, we come in and clean efficiently and do not disturb the residents of the house.

  1. If I’m working from home are you going to chat the whole time or will you let me get my work done?

I prefer 60 seconds or less of chit-chat every day! This allows me to get all my work done as efficiently as possible!

  1. Do I give you a key or an alarm code or do I need to be here to let you in?

We prefer to keep keys on file, alarm codes on file (ask your alarm company for the contractor code).

  1. What is your confidentiality policy? Are you going to tell my neighbors about my messy house?

Same as a doctor or lawyer! We are here to help make your life easier by providing the services we do. We do not judge, shame, or share any details with absolutely no one! We create a more comfortable world for you and your family.

  1. If you take before and after pictures do you keep my identity private?

We may ask to use some cleans for a portfolio, we have a document that we sign and ask for permission before we ever take or pvvvublish any photos! And the identity is always private!

Payment FAQ

  1. Are you running any specials right now?

Yes, $25 an hour is the best rate in town for any clean!

  1. Do you offer discounts for seniors, neighbors, veterans, those with disabilities?

Yes, please ask for more information on the services we discount for this!

  1. Do you pay a living wage?

  2. If I refer my friends can I have a discount on my cleaning?

We do offer Referral programs and discounts!

  1. Am I supposed to tip you for cleaning each time or just at the holidays?

We don’t ever make anyone tip for anything!

  1. Do you charge extra if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

We do not work on holidays, we would clean immediately before or after!

  1. Do you pay your employees extra for holiday pay?

No holiday work

  1. Do you charge a lockout fee if you can’t get in when you arrive to clean?

Yes, $50 trip charge (Covers 2 hours of missed work)

  1. Do you charge a cancellation fee if I have an emergency and have to cancel my cleaning?

No, things happen. Please cancel 24 hours a head of time so we can schedule another clean in that slot for that day!

  1.  Do I pay you cash under table or do you pay taxes?

We pay all taxes, and work 100% with Integrity.

  1. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all credit cards and debit cards and even gift cards

  1. If I forget to leave you a check do you still do the cleaning or do you leave?

We stay and clean, pay pal or another quick online method would do just fine when you come back and complete the pay process!

  1. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the work you do?

We offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Call us asap and we will return and/or do everything we can to fix any issue until you are satisfied or a refund will be made!

 If I bounce a check my bank will charge me a fee – do you charge one as well? No fees, just pay when you find out it didn’t go through.

COVID Awareness – FAQ

  1. Do you and your team have some form of daily questioning / temperature reading to ensure you’re not sending out sick cleaners?

We do not clean while sick in any way!

  1. Do you wear gloves when you clean?

At all times for all cleans!

  1. Do you wear shoe covers when you clean?

At all times while inside a clients residence!

  1. Do you use my vacuum or yours when you come to my house?

We have our own commercial vaccums that we use and clean before and after every clients home.

  1. Do you sanitize or disinfect when you come to my home to clean?

Each and every clean, especially high-touch areas!

  1. Do you clean in homes where the Coronavirus or COVID-19 is active?

We do not come around sick people or send sick workers to clean.

  1. How long after someone has had COVID do you come to clean?

Until they are negative or 2-weeks after their diagnosis!

  1. Do you wear hazmat suits, face masks, face shields when you clean in my home?

Surgical Face mask and nitrile gloves

  1. How long is the quarantine period for members of your team if you’ve tested positive for COVID-19?

14 days and 2 negative screens

Working Days/Hours Policies - FAQ

  1. Do you work by the hour or by the job?

We do both!

  1. Do you only do house cleaning?

We offer many Special Packages for all Home needs and Services!

  1. Do you work holidays?

No, but we have Holiday Special Packages that will cover you through the holidays and all your needs!

  1. Do you come to clean if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

We do not work on holidays, we would clean immediately before or after!

  1. What are your working hours?

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm

  1. How late can I call or text you if I have questions about my cleaning?

Up to 8pm for same day response

  1. Do you work weekends?

Yes, this is reserved for Special Packages or rescheduled cleans!

  1. Do you set times to come back and clean so I know when you’re coming or is it a random cleaning slot?

We prefer to use the same time slot on the same weekday to better bring consistency in your life as well as ours!

Employee – FAQ

  1. What is your screening process for cleaners you hire?

We are family owned and operatored

  1. Do you do background or drug checks on the employees you hire?

We are drug free and criminal free!

  1. Are your employees also bonded and insured?

We are Insured and bonded!

  1. Have your employees been trained/certified?

Savvy Trained and Savvy Certified

  1. Will the same person be coming every time to clean my house?

  2. What happens if you send someone I don’t like or that makes me feel uncomfortable?

I will not send anyone you are uncomfortable with! We meet during the walk-through.

  1. What happens if you or someone who works for you breaks something while you are cleaning at my house?

We are insured, our insurance pays for everything we do!

  1. What happens if your employee offers me a better deal to clean my house on the side and not use your company?

We have no-compete agreements to avoid this!

  1. Do you or any of your employees bring their kids with them when they come to clean my house? No!
